Mission Statement: The mission of Apex Real Estate Solutions, LLC is to provide high quality real estate services to our clients and partners. Apex provides accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis and sound real estate advice to each of our valued clients. Services include property identification, acquisition, remodel, leasing, management and disposition of quality real estate within the Denver and Denver Metro market.
Company Goals and Objectives: As a goal Apex Real Estate Solutions strives to provide cost effective solutions to real estate acquisition, sales, management and rehabilitation. Apex plans to not only maintain great client approval and satisfaction but also believes they are a small part in a larger goal to bring back an amazing Denver real estate market. The Company’s objectives are to provide healthy homes, apartments and condos managed with hands on assistance, while simultaneously taking advantage of a market that has been hit by rough times and poor attention to detail. Apex currently operates with a full 12 man construction crew including full time master plumbers and electricians. Acquisitions are being made through an ever growing pipeline of banks and brokers who love working with our team.
Business Philosophy: Apex Real Estate Solutions has a very simple business philosophy, “Do the right thing”. Ethical business practices are paramount in our business model and dealings. Both partners want to do deals that not only make a profit but in the end make the world and real estate industry a better place for our clients, customers and partners.
Company Core Strengths: Apex brings to market over 30 years of combined real estate experience between the partners, Joe Klopfenstein, Joe Bellio and Austin Peterson. One of the company’s core strengths is our attention to detail. In our experience there are numerous companies that say they look at the details but we actually take it to the next level. We ask questions like: Would we live here? What would make the design better for a first time homebuyer? We spend the correct amount to do it right the first time. The goal is quick sales and friendly service, not how much money we can make on one deal. All of the owners have an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate.
