Apex Real Estate Solutions LLC is a small locally owned real estate development company.  All of the firm’s owners are Denver natives, thus we are committed to the continued growth and development that makes this city great.   Apex Real Estate Solutions offers unmatched real estate, management, rehabilitation and sales for the Denver Metro community. These real estate transactions will be provided with unmatched levels of customer service and attention.  The three owners of Apex have been a part of numerous real estate acquisitions, sales and development in the past 10 years.  Together as a group they have sold 163 units since 2009 and are amazing at working with buyers and sellers alike.

Apex brings to market thirty years of combined real estate and development experience between the thee partners, Austin Peterson, Joe Bellio and Joe Klopfenstein.  One of the company’s core strengths is our attention to detail. In our experience there are numerous companies that say they look at the details but we actually take it to the next level. We ask questions like: Would we live here? What would make the design better for a first time homebuyer? We spend the correct amount of time to do it right the first time. All of the owners have extensive backgrounds in residential and commercial real estate.

teamapexAustin Peterson: has sold and been involved in numerous real estate transactions surpassing 100 units of purchases and sales within 5 years of being in the industry.   He was influential in the due diligence and acquisition of some of the State’s largest shopping centers including The Streets at SouthGlenn, Cornerstar and others not in the state of Colorado.  Austin also worked as a leasing agent for CB Richard Ellis on the commercial office side for a little over a year.  Austin has been involved in 150 fix and flip projects as well as numerous ground up projects in the last 10 years.  He currently holds an active Colorado Employing Brokers real estate license and his expertise on the numbers side of the business provides Apex with an intangible that numerous companies would love to acquire.  Austin currently also manages all the acquisitions and sales of Apex’s properties on a day to day basis.

Joe Bellio: began his real estate career 1993 working for a boutique real estate broker that handled all of the Kinko’s real estate transactions in eleven western states. His main focus was project management and the logistical aspects of the transactions. Joe was influential in opening 140 Kinko’s stores in a three-year period and never missed an opening date. He handled legal, store design, construction and store opening.  He entered the shopping center industry in 1997 working with super regional shopping centers on the management/operations side of the business.  This is where Joe and Austin met.

Shopping Centers managed:

    • California: Parkway Plaza, North County Fair, Horton Plaza, Mission Valley, Topanga Plaza, Fox Hills Mall and Valley Fair.
    • Italy: Porto Allegro.
    • Czech Republic: Olympia Centre.
    • Greece: Village Entertainment Park.
    • Maryland: Annapolis Mall.
    • Illinois: Old Orchard Shopping Center, North Bridge Shopping Center.
    • Colorado: Southlands Shopping Center and Cornerstar. Predevelopment for Northlands, The Streets at Southglenn. Calgary Stampede and The Street of Frisco.

Handling all tenant and operational issues of the centers, including, development and redevelopment, lease negotiations, rent relief, contract negotiation and implementation, insurance and union/ employee relations.

Joe Klopfenstein: joined the team in 2009 as a silent partner.  At the time “Klop” as we call him was fulfilling a lifelong dream as a NFL football player.  After retiring from the NFL in 2011 Joe became an intricate part of the Apex team. With his vast knowledge of the home building process and great understanding of code and regulations Joe quickly allowed Apex to grow at an exponential rate.  Joe grew up working in the field assisting his father a longtime successful custom home builder and became very savvy in the custom home development process gaining an understanding of the full scale of development ranging from framing to finish.

Together this Apex team understands the intricacies and the emotions of every real estate transaction from a single condo to a large scale shopping center and its their goal to make the process as smooth and as seamless as possible.
