Apex Real Estate Solutions LLC is a small locally owned real estate development company. The firm’s owners are Denver natives, thus we are committed to the continued growth and development that makes this city great. The two owners of Apex have been a part of numerous real estate acquisitions, sales and development in the past 12 years. Our Story
Apex brings to market thirty years of combined real estate and development experience between the two partners, Austin Peterson and Joe Klopfenstein. One of the company’s core strengths is our attention to detail. In our experience there are numerous companies that say they look at the details but we actually take it to the next level. We ask questions like: Would we live here? What would make the design better for a first time homebuyer? We spend the correct amount of time to do it right the first time. All of the owners have extensive backgrounds in residential and commercial real estate.
