Joe Klopfenstein, a distinguished real estate developer, serves as a Partner and owner of Apex Real Estate Solutions, a leading owner and developer of real estate properties in the Denver Metro area. 

 

Joe brings 13 years of experience and relationships developing many magnificent flip homes, single family residences, duplexes and town home complexes.  His Real Estate activities involve over 500 residential units with an aggregate value of over 200 million dollars.

 

Joe worked with his father building and remodeling single family homes throughout his adolescence.  His many years of field experience working with his father gave him invaluable experience in the building process. In 2009 he joined forces with Austin Peterson to start Apex Real Estate Solution and leveraged this experience to lead and oversee the construction of Apex’s product.  Since then Apex has surpassed 300 flip homes, and many amazing ground up multi-family complexes, including single family residences, townhomes, condos and apartments. 

 

Joe is a native Coloradan, growing up in Aurora Colorado.  He attended the University of Colorado Boulder and after a few years living in multiple states, moved back to the state he loved.  Outside of Apex he is passionate about athletics and coaches high school football at Arapahoe High School in Centennial Colorado.  He is married to his beautiful wife Andrea and has two amazing daughters, Alivia, 7, and Joliette, 4.
