Austin Peterson is one of the owners and founders of Apex Real Estate Solutions.  He began his real estate career in 2003 by acquiring his Brokers License and working on the sales and acquisitions for a local flipper. By 2006, his first full year as a real estate employing broker, Austin was apart of numerous acquisitions of shopping centers across the country as an employee of Alberta Development Partners who had almost $1 billion in active assets nationwide and Canada.  In doing so he helped with Proforma and analytics as well as managed contractual acquisitions of some of the largest open air shopping centers in Colorado. 

 

Austin transitioned from doing Shopping Center Development to Flip homes exclusively when he and Joe opened Apex Real Estate Solutions in early 2009.  By 2018 Apex had surpassed 300 flip homes or renovation projects and was completing more than 25 homes per year on average. In 2012, Austin started building “New Construction” homes by jumping straight into multi-family construction. Austin has developed numerous projects to include single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, mixed-use projects, and condo/apartment projects. Austin has overseen the entitlement of more than 25 multi-family development deals, including more than 500 residential units
